Mountain Lion populations are very healthy in B.C. and some of the biggest cats in North America have been harvested in our region.  Mature toms weigh between 150 lbs. and 200 lbs. and 15 inch skulls are not uncommon.  All cat hunts are fair chase and the ensuing pursuit with hounds is always an exhilarating experience.  These hunts take place during the winter months which provide ideal tracking conditions.
